What exactly is “digital coaching”?
Digital coaching is about helping you master the digital tools that can truly simplify your life or business. But let's forget the race for the latest trendy apps! My approach? Identify the 2-3 tools that will really save you time, not make you collect 47 apps. Instead of drowning you in features, I help you choose what corresponds to your real use. The idea? When your digital environment is organized like your physical environment, you regain mental clarity. It's more fluid, more efficient, and it fits perfectly with the minimalist approach: keep the essentials, eliminate the superfluous. Concretely? We sort through your current tools, simplify your processes, and implement a digital system that serves you instead of serving you.
With 9 areas of intervention, where to start?
Excellent question! Even though I can support you in these 9 areas, we will never work on everything at the same time. That would be the opposite of minimalism. During our first session, we identify together your 2-3 absolute priorities depending on your situation. In general, 80% of my clients start with digital organization (it frees the mind) and digital management (it secures). The rest comes naturally afterward. The secret? Do less, but better.
How long does support last and what to expect?
Typical support lasts from 3 to 6 months, with sessions every week depending on your needs.
Month 1: Complete assessment + first transformations (tidying up, basic habits)
Months 2-3: Deepening + installation of new routines
Months 4-6: Empowerment + management of long-term challenges
Expected results: Visible changes from the first 2 weeks (more organized environment, first new habits), and a profound transformation at 3 months.
What is “minimalist coaching” in concrete terms?
Minimalist coaching is about applying the principles of minimalism to your personal development:
Less of everything, more of what is essential
We only work on 2-3 priorities max (not 15 objectives)
We eliminate what is cluttering you: objects, habits, parasitic thoughts
We focus on what really has an impact
Simple and effective methods
No complicated 47-step techniques
Tools you can apply immediately
Goal: to make it work in real life, not just on paper
Action rather than reflection
80% practice, 20% theory
We test, we adjust, we move forward
No more endless analysis, let's move on to action
Concrete example: Instead of giving you 10 organizational methods, I teach you just one system.
